The GRID STK and GRID STK X are the newest innovation of foam rollers. They are made in a way that you can massage yourself while sitting, lying or standing, in order to get rid of muscle pain or cramps. The GRID STK is equipped with a patented surface, which offers deeper massages and a perfect blood circulation. The AcuGRIP handle gives you the necessary Grip so you can easily reach all the spots on your body that need to be treated.

The GRID STK is an evolution in the family of foam rollers. We took the Technology of the GRID Foam Roller (famous for the new functions) and stuck it in a smaller and handier version. The advantage is that not all massages are to be carried out on the floor, but can be done while seated or standing as well.

With the GRID STK, everybody can treat his painful and cramped parts of the body. Even older people or people with handicaps can easily use the GRID without lying on the ground in complicated positions.
