The Newton Fitness MW-5 Weight Plate Pin is a pin that allows you to easily add extra weight to the weight stack of your strength station. Set the heaviest weight on the weight stack and then place the Newton Fitness MW-5 Weight Plate Pin in your weight stack. Then place Olympic discs on the sleeve and you can lift more weight than the maximum weight of the weight stack.
