Fat Gripz One

Functional training for the development of strength on all exercises. This Fat Gripz One series (4.5 cm in diameter) has a smaller diameter compared to the original Fat Gripz, making them ideal for functional training during all exercises.

Fat Gripz are the new global training phenomenon that helps improve muscle mass and strength quickly. With the Fat Gripz One you can change the training grips of barbells, dumbbells, pull-up bars and fitness equipment into so-called Thick bars (thick training grips). By training with thicker training grips, muscle action in the hands, upper arms and upper body is stimulated more intensively and muscle strength is generated. The Fat Gripz are attached through a opening from the side to the rod and then enclose it very tightly.
